You can do anything. – Swami Vivekananda National Youth Day is celebrated on January 12 every year since 1985 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda. He was a key figure in the introduction of the Indian philosophies of Vedanta and Yoga to the Western world, and has played a major role in reviving India’s image as a land of spirituality. Swami Vivekananda's weapons of winning the world were education and peace. He always portrayed himself as a 'Nationalist Saint' who wanted the youth to get out of their comfort zones and achieve absolutely anything they desire. Once, he requested some books written by Sir John Lubbock from a library and returned them the very next day claiming that he had read them.
